You may have heard about the health benefits of guanabana, or soursop~ so you'll be happy to know you can find it in the frozen section of the grocery store:))) It tastes really good on its own, but it really blends well with other tropical fruit- like guava and coconut in this "nice cream"/ yummy tropical escape super-fruit sorbet♡
frozen guanabana- aka soursop- 8 oz.
frozen guava- 4-5 oz.
coconut cream on top of a can of coconut milk
1/2 frozen banana
+ a splash of prickly pear cactus water
+ mangosteen and goji berry powder:)
:: fresh ground flax and cacao, Mamma Chia chia seeds, and berries on top;D
Ooh and some pecans didn't make the photo because they were an afterthought;)~ aka genius epiphany:)))
This was sooo yummyy:)))
I thought I might need to blend in some berries for taste but it was actually an amazing combination (granted that guava is my comfort food;) and I'm in love with it:)
ooh and some frozen raspberry "sprinkles" on top too:)>>> serious YUMs.
