Açaí bowls are my favorite breakfast by far, so I figured I would share my recipe and share the açaí love:) One of my friends I used to work with at a natural foods store told me that açaí smoothies made him feel like he was diving into cool tropical waters because it was so fresh tasting and feeling~ and while it was kind of a hilarious--and specific;)-- thing to say, I would have to agree;D
In the blender: 1c pure spring water + 1/4c hemp seeds (=homemade hemp milk:) + 2 droppers of Now Alchemy's Utopia- a CBD and vitamin C tincture Young coconut manna, frozen açaí, guava, strawberries and blueberries...
(The Young coconut manna and frozen açaí I use are Sambazon and come in individual packs:) Goji berry, wheatgrass, moringa leaf, alfalfa, spirulina, barley, mangosteen and stevia powder<3
+ SunWarrior plant-based protein powder**- ::Warrior blend::
with OG pea protein, hemp protein, goji berry and coconut manna
Toppings: Mamma Chia chia seeds, pepitas, fresh-ground flax seed, pecans, Sunfood raw goji berries and Incan berries blueberries + dates on the side;) ♡♡♡
Açaí is one of the highest foods on the ORAC scale, meaning it has one of the highest levels of anti-oxidants, and berries in general are some of the highest in anti-oxidants among fruit-- so with açaí + mixed berries, you get a sweeter flavor than açaí berries provide, with an even extra boost in anti-oxidants.
Young Coconut manna includes the coconut "meat" and oils all blended up so it's a good source of essential fatty acids and a healthy source of fat/good oils-- which our bodies and brains NEED!
**PLEASE stay away from oil-free diets or you may have early-onset dementia/Alzheimer's!! Besides the fact that good fats keep our digestive system working efficiently and actually help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
Chia seeds are another great source of Omegas and they don't have to be ground for your body to absorb them-- and they provide lots of energy (without a crash!) --so I'm pretty sure we all could use the boost to start the day:)
**Flax seed does need to be ground to be absorbed by your body!
Green powders are easy to sneak into smoothies with berries so

And if you just want a quick açaí bowl, you can always just put some flax seeds in a coffee grinder and pour the ground flax on top-- and effortlessly make the most delicious parfait-tasting breakfast-dessert you've ever had:) Enjoy:)))
